If you advertise digital products online you are no doubt aware of the two most well-liked affiliate networks, ClickBank and PayDotCom.

Although both of these are great and I highly recommend each of them, nowadays I came across a brand new service that really caught my mind. It's called PaySpree and the cause it trapped my attention is that ALL its members get paid for their sales right away by PayPal.

Is PPC to CPA Dead?

With the current changes in the PPC business, many CPA marketers are throwing in the towel assuming that sending pay per click (PPC) traffic to cost per action (CPA) offers is dead and not making money.
Google Adwords is the search engine leader with over 60% of the search market making it an obvious choice as a top PPC traffic resource.
But Google Adwords has been cracking down on affiliate marketers and banning accounts that they feel do not offer a good customer experience to their searchers.
And any of us doing CPA marketing understand that a vast mass of CPA offers being promoted are not really value adding.
These mass banning started after the FTC introduced their new policy in early December 2009, to target marketers who were practicing deceiving marketing (i.e. flogs and farticles).
Many marketers lost their complete CPA businesses when Google Adwords decided to disallow their accounts, but Google Adwords is not the only pay per click search engine in city.
Even though Google Adwords controls a lion’s share of the available pay per click traffic online, there are still lots of other sources of pay per click traffic that can be bought and in many cases, at a much lower cost.
The two other major players in the PPC game are Yahoo Search Marketing and Bing Adcenter.  Even though these two pay per click sources don’t practically have as much traffic as Google Adwords, in my knowledge they do have better conversions.  Since the competition is not as much you can also pay a lower cost per conversion vs. advertising on Google Adwords.
If you take Yahoo and MSN’s search level, they stand for about 30% of the searches done on the Internet.  This is still a great amount of traffic to profit from.  Yahoo and Bing are scheduling to merge their pay per click marketing platforms, which will give Google Adwords a difficult challenge.
There are dozens of second tier pay per click search engines such as,,, etc. that can provide marketers with thousands of targeted prospects each and every day.
But the difficulty with the second tier search engines is that they receive their traffic from a number of traffic partner sites.  This can result in a large number of fake clicks from partner sources that are just out to steal click revenues.
These second tier search engines don’t have the sophisticated scam technology that Google Adwords has, so it is hard to decide what clicks are real and which are fraudulent when they charge your account.
The solution is to study how to pass traffic partner IDs from second tier search engines so that you can have these deceitful traffic sources shut off.  If you are disciplined enough to do this and can afford to lose some money up front to clean up the traffic, you will be left with decent converting traffic at the last part of this exercise.
PPC traffic is still one of the best converting traffic as it allows you to screen your prospects with your ads before they click and you are charged a click cost.
Although PPV traffic is also very profitable, it is now getting very competitive and profit margins are shrinking fast with PPV traffic sources.
If you want to build a successful PPC to CPA business, never allow one PPC traffic source to be more than 25% of your traffic spend. Diversify your PPC sources so that when one source disappears, you still have at least 75% of your PPC traffic.
So in conclusion, PPC to CPA is very much alive with great potential, even if you don’t rely on Google Adwords for PPC traffic.

Selecting the right niche/product to promote

This is one of the biggest reasons why affiliates & Net Marketers are failing.
So… how can you be wrong? Why does it matter what product you require to promote? Well, the answer is simple. There's 2 simple thumb rules, or you can call it ‘tests’, that I do, in order to decide if I say yes or no to a product. Here they go:

1) Is there a market? You probably thinking, this is a odd query but it is not. You must see if there is a market. You must find out if there is volume of targeted audience to make it worth a while for you to check the market.

2) Is this market is a buyer market? Back then I found a great niche – the astrology niche, it's zillions of searches & the cost per click is low. I’ve tried back then lots of products & services, building lists, but the bottom line, these people wanted free astrology information & weren’t planning on paying a dime for it or anything related. You must do a lovely research (I do admit that sometimes you can know & the best way to do is to check it…).

Now it doesn’t matter if you are planning to make your own products or promote other people products – the 2 rules always apply to both.

Are they trying to solve a problem with their finances or have they medical problems? If they are, chances are good that others are trying to solve the same problem.

Try to listen to talk-radio programs and watch Tv talk-shows. These shows many times have guests that are experts on all sorts of subjects. Listen carefully and you'll get a lot of ideas from the listener's questions.

Go to the bookstore and read the headlines and subheads on the covers of magazines. They do research on the subjects that they are going write about so you can identify the hot topics.

Have a look at the top 100 best selling books. See the topic of the books and get ideas.

Read Newspapers – You can find not just a particular niche you're interested in,
but also new breakthroughs, entertainment news, technological advances, interesting cultural happenings and so on, all of them are niches to be mined there.

Take a look at the top selling electronic products on Amazon, Ebay & other sites.
Each of these products has a huge market and the buyers would probably
be interested in a report or video about "How To" use the product more effectively.

Pay attention to remarkable interests, profession, or hobbies that characters have in movies. Pay attention when they talk to one another. If something has been integrated in a movie or a television show, chances are it is interesting a lot.
Forget about things that interest you.

You are a seller and you are looking for a good niche so search for the market FIRST.

EBooks That Sell Themselves!

Now that you have wrote, or have had written for you an eBook “so good” that it should sell itself don’t be amazed if it doesn’t!

I’m not saying that you won’t be able to sell your eBook but I am inferring that your work is not done yet.

If you truly want to sell your eBook you must create a page that “sells” it.

It’s called a sales page and particular attention needs to be given to it, to make sure any person who gets to it, will feel bound to read it, long enough to discover that your eBook is so immense, that they have to get it.

To make sure your eBooks sales page is compelling you have to start by writing an attractive headline which uses expressions people who are looking for the solution your eBook solves may be using to show you identify with your customers and their problems and at least hints at a solution. Your head line, like all text on your sales page, should be in a simple to read font and one that displays well in all browsers.

From your main head line you will want to turn into a sub headline which is an expansion of the main headline and serves to build hype enough to capture readers concentration and get them exited enough to read the rest of the page and all about all the profit your eBook will give them.

Your opening few paragraphs should be used to build report with your customer let them know that you comprehend their problems. Following the opening paragraphs clarify that your eBook is here to solve it.

Then illustrate them an image of your eBook. Even though eBooks don’t need covers you should still show them a qualified looking illustration of what your eBook would look like.
